iQuality services offer two types of training programs,
Traditional Training Program
Traditional training in the workshop/classroom setting. Participants will learn the Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge with hands-on cases/examples.
Front Line Training Program
In additional to the regular Lean Six Sigma body of knowledge, iQuality Services will tailor the program to focus on solving the real operation problems in the customer organization. The cases and examples used in this type of training are normally from the organization’s own operation. The main benefit for this setting is the training program will bring direct returns to the organization.
