International supply chain management Training
iQuality Services offer this program to help business better manage their overseas (China and Hong Kong) suppliers. The contents in this training program include,
- Basic knowledge of international trade (contract negotiation, payment methods, shipment tracking, and import and export…).
- Business culture introduction - Hong Kong and China.
- Process off finding overseas suppliers (auditing, bidding, facility visit…).
- One week onsite training in Hong Kong and China *– participant will travel to Hong Kong and China to receive firsthand experience on international supplier management. The trip includes visit facilities, meet business owners, training programs taught by the import/export agents, international transportation services providers and local business developers. Culture tours are also included.
